Even 9 years ago my kid was wailing on my equipment. She now has taken my best acoustic guitar and is eying my electrics. She is becoming a monster on the guitar. Her vocals are already 1000 times better than mine. I am happy...
You know many of us post our innermost thoughts in this place.
If you or anyone else posts I can assure you that your posts are kept private and treated with the utmost respect.
I get sick when some of you call it quits on your journals. Reading about your thoughts, hopes, dreams , successes and failures gives me great inspiration and hope.
I'll make every effort to resume in due time.
For now Temperance (my niece) is growing and thriving. We all have our health and our careers are in full bloom.
I still enjoy the little things each and every day.

I am so glad everyone is doing well. I know I have been a slacker on my blog. It has so many glitches. I am in the process of trying to get another one going. I hope to have it soon. I really do. Love you my friend!!

ReplyDeleteLike you, it saddens me when people end their journals/blogs. Many of us go through phases where we don't write as much or not visit others pages nearly as often. I have a very lengthy list of JS bloggers and where they went after the fall. Many are still blogging but some...the date of their last entry: sometime in 2009.
Linda - I sure hope you start posting soon. I'm so happy to read about you running and being in much better health. We nearly lost you.

I know I have been silent due to the weight of events in and around my life, in the lives of those I love. It has been hard to find a moment, or if I had a moment, the energy. But writing is as important to me as breathing so delays are not denials in my instance - I will always come back. :) Delighted Tempe is doing well. Love to all of yours.
